This Privacy Policy applies to the Tapasyan landing page and its invitation-request form. Tapasyan is an independent, invite-only project operated by Aravind V V and is currently in development.
1. Information we collect
When you request an invitation, we collect:
- Your email address — so we can review your request, respond to you, and send an invitation or access-related information.
- Your message — anything you choose to include with your request. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.
- Basic submission information — such as when the request was submitted and the form or record type associated with the submission.
- Your communication preference — whether you have chosen to receive occasional Tapasyan development and launch updates.
We do not intentionally use analytics, advertising pixels, behavioural tracking, or non-essential cookies on this page.
Our website, hosting, security, or form-service providers may temporarily process limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser request, or device information, where necessary to deliver, operate, and protect the website. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles or track you across other websites.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- review and manage invitation requests;
- respond to questions or messages you send us;
- send an invitation or other access-related information;
- operate, secure, and prevent misuse of the website; and
- send occasional Tapasyan development, launch, or availability updates, only where you have chosen to receive them.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not add your information to unrelated marketing lists.
3. Email communications
Requesting an invitation allows us to contact you about your request, invitation status, and access to Tapasyan.
Development news, launch announcements, and other occasional Tapasyan updates are optional. We will send these only if you separately choose to receive them.
You can unsubscribe from optional updates at any time using the unsubscribe link included in an email or by contacting hello@arvnd.in.
Unsubscribing from optional updates will not prevent us from responding to an existing request or sending essential information connected to an invitation you have requested.
4. Service providers
We may use service providers to host the website, protect it from misuse, store form submissions, manage email communications, or provide other infrastructure required to operate the invitation process.
These providers may process limited personal information only as necessary to provide their services to Tapasyan and subject to their own privacy and security obligations.
Some providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where applicable, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that information is handled in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
5. How long we keep your information
We keep invitation-request information only for as long as reasonably necessary to review requests, manage invitations, communicate with you, maintain the security of the website, or meet applicable legal obligations.
If you choose to receive occasional Tapasyan updates, we may retain your email address and communication preference until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
You may ask us to delete your invitation request or remove you from the invitation list at any time.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may be able to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you;
- request a copy of that information;
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- withdraw your invitation request;
- withdraw your consent to optional email updates;
- request deletion of your information; or

7. Privacy inside the Tapasyan application
This Privacy Policy currently covers only the public landing page, invitation requests, and related communications.
If you are invited to use the Tapasyan application, you will receive an additional privacy notice before creating an account or adding private content.
That notice will explain how account information, private content, optional AI features, service providers, security, retention, export, and deletion are handled inside the application.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted through this website. However, no method of transmitting or storing information online can guarantee complete security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Tapasyan develops, as our service providers change, or as the way this website operates changes.
The latest version and its effective date will always appear on this page. Where appropriate, we may also notify affected users of material changes.
